5 Reasons You Aren’t Losing Weight

Ah, the adrenal glands. These two tiny little structures lie on top of the kidneys. They are responsible for releasing several hormones that increase energy and metabolism, and improve cognitive function.
What happens when they are overused??
They tend not to release enough or the right amount of neurotransmitters that are responsible for energy and a balanced metabolism. In other words, you are tired all of the time, and gain fat easily!!
How do they get overused??
